Workin' on My Fitness

Last night I tried out this yoga belly DVD I've had for months. I'm thinking, piece of cake! It was actually pretty crazy! It's a mixture of yoga and belly dance technique which equals abs of steel! I took some belly dance classes in college and it is not for the faint of heart. It works every muscle in your body, and you feel amazing afterwards. Sometimes you just feel more comfortable doing certain exercises at home. Am I wrong? Especially when you're pulling your legs into contortions while your bum is in the air! What DVDs are you loving?
